They don't care much about patients here. Only about collecting their fees. If someone dies under their care, (no... absolute and utter LACK of care) they will just blame third parties whom they employ.. they will wash their hands off it and still be condescending about your loss. I hate this hospital. Its not a hospital. the definition of a hospital is an institution providing medical and surgical treatment and nursing care for sick or injured people." here there is NO ACCOUNTABILITY. you are better of dying at home."

Good medical centre for general doctors visits. X-ray, dental, GP and non life threatening casualty/emergency. No day clinic or hospital facilities. There is also a pharmacy here.

My appointment was at 16:15, I waited until 17:10. The doctor came out and saw the person that had come after me. The receptionist said she didn't know why the doctor did that, and just asked me if I can wait for a different doctor!Absolutely horrible service!!I cancelled the appointment and walked out. Never again!!!!Rude receptionist also!

Was not sick for 2 years and had to fill in forms for new file to see a Dr for a simple blood test. Receptionist full of attitude when I asked about my previous file. Really bad attitude. Doing the patients a favor apparently

I cannot believe it that the receptionist at the dentist rooms are doing patients a favour when they must assist them, that was the exact words from one of them. She also dropped the phone in my ear and that's very, very rude.The attitude towards a patient are very important, they needed training to know how to deal with patients. They are earning a salary to do her job professional, but for her to tell me she is doing me a favour, that's unprofessional.

And yet again there is NO respect for patients time! Numerous patients getting up and asking why we are waiting so long? On avarge 45 minutes late without any attempt to inform me on the process!!!!!!!! And then a B.S story on bookings being influenced by what happens the morning? So the on line booking system is worthless?

Don't even waste your time. You make an appointment beforehand to avoid disappointment. Then when you arrive 15 min early for your appointment. You're told to wait outside and then get told that they can't find your appointment even though they confirmed telephonically that you have an appointment.Then you're just left waiting outside with no one assisting or advising what's going on. This place's admin is worse than some government institutions...To add insult to injury. When asking why it's taking so long to be helped. We get told that we've already been helped according to the doctor, but sitting outside in the cold for an hour waiting for ANY feedback begs to differ.

I found the services at Medicross unsatisfactory due to the patient care received. Doctors are supposed to diagnose you within 15 minutes I believe it is not enough time to be diagnosed.

Consulted with Dr Du Preez, she was just amazing! She was so patient with me. The consultation did not feel rushed at all regardless of the fact that there were other patients waiting outside for her. Much appreciated Dr Du Preez, continue being kind and patient with others as well.

I had a procedure done at the day hospital by dr J van Tonder on 09/03/2023. Anesthesit was dr Venter. From the moment I arrived I was treated like royalty, starting with Twaney at reception to the day ward with sister Cea.Thank you to all the staff and I recommend this day hospital to everyone.
