The body part section was a complete let down again as usual, the older gentleman ( X manager/owner whilst based in Rocky's Drift ) who tried attending to my needs had a standard reply on each item requested, mmmm we haven't got and I'll probably be able to source in Jhb from the windscreen to the right front headlight, door handles to window winding mechanisms and that he will have to get back to me, well you probably guessed it he didn't even asked me for my phone number , after eventually a guy at the engine parts section got me a price for a windscreen I enquired if the price included fitment to what he replied no no no that's extra I pointed out to him that there is a sign that displays FREE WINDSCREEN FITMENT to which he said no ignore that it's a old sign.Whilst waiting for a price on a engine component the youngster attending to me had to deal with customer phone calls and to top it all off a walk in customer which is obviously known to the person that looks like the manager got taken to the same youngster busy with my enquiry only to be overridden by this apparent manager to attend to the walk in customers needs. This all transpired in about 10 mins at which time I decided to just walk out the shop whilst the sales assistant is on the phone.I would've scored them below a star rating if that option was available to me.

It was so very helpful I was being assisted by a very beautiful lady by the name of Veronica blonde short hair if not mistaken and she made sure I'm being helped 100 and 10% percent

Poor service.. people want to do you in with the prices. Bad attitude when asking them questions.They gove you the lowest price on propper 2nd hand spares but resell it for top price.. which i am not happy with. Id rather go by spares from R40 spares Nelspruit or on facebook at Toyota 2nd hand seller.Atleast you'll get friendlier service

First for after market parts on Korean vehicles. Bring details of vehicle for correct part purchases....always so far they have the stock.A plus...!
