Grapes at R36 for 500g -- this is a rip off and in my opinion abuse of its client baseIE: R72 per KG !!!!Just as a matter of interest Farmers will deliver grapes to the store at less than R20 per 1KgSomething is very wrong !!Added to this is an observation -- Holiday season or long weekends Coffee jumps to R166 for 200g of Nescafe and then after peak season it drops back by as much as 30%Dis mos UITBUITING !

This the worst supermarket I have ever been. Two years ago I got really ill because of meat that was off. This ruined my long awaited holidays here in South Africa for a whole three weeks. Been Spanish, I thought this would have been resolved. If this was to happen in Spain people would complain and the management or Food inspectors would sort it out. Two years later, I come back I buy some lamb chops and skilpadjies and I get food poisoning again. My partner and I are terribly ill at home since we ate them. I will never ever come back to this place, not even to buy detergent

The staff is generally very friendly but the black women at the cigarette counter where extremely rude and did not even greeted me back.She never smiles and her attitude is one of you are disturbing me"The coloured woman are always friendly and cares about customers"

This is the second time that this Pick n Pay ruins my holiday. DON’T BUY FRESH MEET THERE!! Best to not set foot there at all. I won’t be back, that’s for sure. Twice with food poisoning, trips to the doctor, antibiotics, two weeks of holidays ruined each time :(. Seriously unhappy. This from buying a steak the first time and some lamb tjops and skilpaadjies the second time. Nice.
