The worst service ever, they never solve your issues, when you cancel they still charge you even after the 30 days notice. So you pay for two months over the cancellation date. The managers promise to personally phone you back. Still have never received a phone call from them. They never respond to your tickets you send via the customer portal. I have no idea how this clown show of a company has even lasted this long. They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with.Edited:Home-connect has now billed me (via Debit order) for a router that I have never ordered or used from them. When I signed up, I stipulated that I will use my own router. Now that I have cancelled the line. They say that I was using a router they supplied and they are charging me for it.Please stay away from Companies that operate like this.

The worst account services I have ever dealt with. I cancelled my account, but they keep making it active and charging me and telling me I have to pay for another full month before I can cancel. I would never recommend them to anyone

Home connect used to be good but they recently became the worst ISP to deal with. Their customer service is awful to say the least. After three months without internet connection I decided to cancel and they still billed me for the months when I had no connection. To add on to that, they charged me a cancellation fee. I reported them to the Internet Service Providers’ association, thanks to Charles the secretariat of the association who helped me recover my money from these thieves called home-connect.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Home-Connect, my wifi service provider. My wifi has been down for a week now and despite numerous calls and complaints, the issue has not been resolved.The customer service representatives have been unhelpful and unresponsive, leaving me frustrated and without internet access for an extended period of time. It is unacceptable for a service provider to leave their customers without a basic necessity for such a long period of time.I have been paying for this service and expect it to be reliable and efficient. However, the lack of action and communication from Home-Connect has left me feeling undervalued as a customer.I would not recommend Home-Connect to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient wifi service provider. The lack of customer service and inability to resolve issues in a timely manner is unacceptable.

Worst service and rudeness on the planet. I have been cut off - heres how. I paid my premium before due date, then i had to pay a cancellation fee because i am moving. I paid on the due date for cancellation fee as i received email. It has not reflected over easter weekend so they turned off connection. The guys on live chat show no sympathy and say will take 24 working hours to sort this out. They were rude and cannot do anything about it. I work from home and have urgent work to do, they can see the payment, but cannot do anything to activate and communicate in a very rude tone. I suppose they dont care, gone are the days treating clients like kings. They charged me a hefty cancellation fee after being a client for many years. So the month-to-month thing, poor advertsing

Out of almost 5 years being a loyal Home Connect subscriber, I never ever had an issue, always had excellent support but when I contacted the support and account emails to cancel an add on service no one has gotten back to me. My first request was sent the 29th of February. So, I emailed them again when I got my invoice and still ended up paying for a service add on that I requested to cancel end of February. It does make one wonder what happened that they have become so poor at caring about their customers. Maybe it's time to say goodbye and move to an ISP that cares.

I have been a long standing customer of Home-Connect and have been happy with their product offering. Whilst they have assisted me with certain issues, my concern is in their communication and feedback - they recently changed out my router however, failed to let me know they would be uplifting the old one. So i was hounded by couriers at all hours who couldn't provide further info. Going forward, some advice - let the customer know when things are being delivered and what you need from them in return - would go a long way to ensuring various processes run smoothly.

Home connect has absolutely atrocious service delivery. We've been trying for over a week now to resolve an issue where they needed to credit our account as we were without internet for two weeks. Every time we speak to a representative on WhatsApp, they simply say the issue is being escalated and then they close the chat. In fact this just happened again as I am typing this review. Good luck trying to get any response from these people, unless it is when they want you to pay for a service that they're not even trying to deliver to you in full. They're spitting in the face of the consumer. It's disgusting.

Customer Service is very bad...agents don't reply and make it the customers problem..was on whatsapp from 8am got called at 10am for a hour and my service is still down...the agent kept me on hold till they eventually dropped the call.Lots of questions but no actual assistance.1 day my internet just stopped working when I got home from work.

Poor service delivery. My line was down for more than a week, reported the matter and even called metro fibre to resolve the problem. Metro fibre sends out their technicians (sub-contractor) on both occasions they did not fix the line. I was told by metro fibre that the connection is a problem with Home connect. What utter nonsense. When the service line and broadband is down it says to me that the line is a problem. Followed up on numerous occasions - still didn't fix my line. Your services should be delivered in an effective, predictable, reliable and customer-friendly manner. You failed dismally
