I bought a washing machine then spinner broken, they came to fix it but didn't do a good job because it was still not working I then phoned again and 15th of March which they didn't do anything about i phoned again in again 28th of April which i then ran out of airtime. Phoned again 3rd of may then my garrantee was expired. So i have no grounds to stand on its bad service very bad will never buy by them again and I will spread the word

Worst service ever.Bought a bed in Nov 2020.3 months in the mattress started sagging. March 2021 I went to branch and informed then it is not right. 2 months in no one has come back to me I started phoning and went back. The branch is in my neigbouring town. Everytime alot of promises but no results. August 2021 I went to lay a formal complaint at the branch who apparently waited for Restonic mattress to contact them. October 2021 a new manager started, also with alot of promises. Desember 2021 he promised that it will be sorted the 4thbof January. It is now February. I'm canceling the debit order. Now. It is totally ridiculous. You must truly shape up your services.

Worst customer support, and i am really angry with how you treat your customers. One of your employees just authorized an illegal sale. How do you allow someone to takes goods with someone else ID???? that's a fraud !!! I called to lay a complain but all staff i was referred to kept on dropping my calls. Lewis is just useless.

Bought a bed a month ago, they had there 2nd payment, the springs is coming out on side of bed, I contacted head office,got kak service from them, spoke to the kuilsriver manager, she doesn't give a fock, been 2 weeks now still waiting for the bed to bereplaced, I'm taking this bed back to the store and taking a new one, they need new staff that really want to work

The worst customer experience ever from the customer care agent. I called customer care about my account they sent me a sms saying my debit was cancelled and I must call in. I called and read the sms to the agent and she asked what are you complaining about" didn't say her name to me and was out right rude ! Gave me the wrong account details and had a attitude. I asked her who I can soeak to and I was completely dismissed. I bought items of R35000 and nothing but bad service is given."

They not treating customers well its been a month I bought a TV stand and haven't received my stand witch I wouldn't recommend lewis to anyone

I paid up my account in full. (Settlement amount)1) Paid the Settlement amount at Lewis Ventersburg. Have all the receipts, and stil have a statement that I owe them money.2) Lewis stores put me in arears. I had 2 debit orders and they pay the full amount on the 1 account, next time to the 2nd account. And then the full debit order on the 3rd account. When I complained about this, they said it is a human error and did not correct this errors up to now. I owe them nothing

I wanted a mattress, they told me they sold mattresses. They delivered a whole bed. This was on 1st July. They didn't even offload the bed, I sent it straight back to the store. This was on 1st July. I am still waiting for my refund. I have visited the store in Sabie numerous times and they have made numerous promises but to date I have received nothing. I want my R6600.00 back. It was YOUR mistake. You have ignored my emails and messages.Thankyou for your reply which us obviously automated. I ha e emailed you twice! I h ent received a reply! How many tines must I email you?

Bad bad experience with Lewis stores in Wynburg....Took out a laptop 2021 May since I received it it's been faulty most of the time however this time around decided to take it back to the store.Was told to come fetch it after a week of which I did and was advised to come back the nextweek I did that too and the laptop was still not fixed . Called them many times and was told I will get a call back, I'm still waiting for that call back. I have been nothing but a loyal customer who's account has always been up to date, miss one payment and you guys harasse a person. I took out the laptop for my son's assignments but now he has to go to friends houses to do his assignments. If by the end of this week I do not get my son's laptop I'm going to the ombudsman.
