I went for a wax and Gabbie was my therapist. Best wax of my life! It wasn't painful at all, she was super nice and it was an overall wonderful experience (which is saying something when you consider the procedure) . 10/10 would go again. Thank you Gabbie!

Worst Pedicure in the history of foot treatments .. actually looked worse after the wasted hour. Staff are clueless

So shocking. My daughter booked a mothers day nail treatment for me When we arrived for the appointment we wer told they had bad news for us! The therapist had not arrived. That was it!!!. She was not appologetic. She did not try to resolve the situation At All. I took the day so my daughter could treat me, and even when I mentioned that they acted as thoughFor a professional business I eould have expected an sms prior to the booking to confirm the appointment. They had all our details so they could have contacted me to advise me the therapist did not arrive.How can I ever go back there.....

Got a voucher for my birthday from a friend for Cavendish Square Lume for a delux pedi. I decided to have a mini mani as well. Shocking experience - disorganized staff, below par treatments, made such a fuss about when I was going to pay, had no record of voucher amount and the worst is that my nail vanish started coming off the very next day! I sent them a photo of my peeling nails and asked to come in for a touch up as I was going to a wedding which was the reason for me having the treatments and they said that they were full and couldn't fit me in. What shockingly bad service. I will never go back there and will recommend to others to not go there.
