House Next Door

We had such a lovely stay at the House Next Door. Cheryl & Bryan were fantastic hosts and there was so much to explore! The hot tub was a huge hit with the kids & adults alike! We’ve already booked our next trip back. Thank you so much for a really wonderful, peaceful & relaxing holiday.

The hosts of Housenextdoor are the most amazing people. They made us feel welcome from the first moment. They regularly made sure that we had everything we needed and more, even came over with the most scrumptious chocolate cake. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable and had every amenity we needed. The garden is well kept and every morning we woke up to bird song. We can strongly recommend Housenextdoor

Love this little piece of heaven!Clean, so comfortable and a beautiful garden. In a beautiful residential area that is quiet and close to the forest. (well...its close to everything).My daughters and I were so happy here and the couches are just as comfortable as the beds! such a lucky find.Thanks to Cheryl and Bryan for hosting us.P.S...Send the rusks our way...best ever!

Absolutely fabulous house with warm and friendly hosts. We had previously stayed at this house some years ago and were unable to stay there for a few years due to change of owners; so we were thrilled to find the house available again and with such accommodating hosts. Both Bryan & Cheryl made us very welcome and were there waiting for us when our flight had been delayed.The house is well appointed, spacious and clean with everything you could want in a holiday home.The area is very quiet and convenient to get into George centre by car. Easily walkable to the local supermarket and cafes a few streets away.An absolute delight to stay there, we will be back again next time we are in South Africa.

We had an awesome stay at The House Next Door..a comfortable guest house where the hosts go out of their way to make sure all your needs are met...lovely warm hot tub is also available. Bryan , who is incredibly knowledgeable of the area, will give you plenty ideas of where to visit.

Thank you Cheryl, Bryan and Adam - we had a fantastic time and will definitely recommend The House Next Door to everyone looking for self-catering accommodation in George. The immaculate garden took my breath away not to mention the lovely hot tub, which I used as a cold tub to escape from the heat. The cottage is well equipped, the rooms nice and spacious and the beds very comfy. The washing machine is an added bonus especially for longer stays. My 2nd visit to HND and it is a home away from home with all the home comforts, even a full kitchen with a washing machine. A gas heater for those chilly nights. But the best thing are the hosts. We ran very late on arrival and Bryan kept the wood burning for the hot tub....on both nights. There's nothing better then coming back after a busy day to relax in that hot tub! And waking up to that beautiful, green garden. I can't wait to be back again. Thank you for everything Cheryl and Bryan! You made our stay so special. It was such a treat! ❤️

We stayed at the House next Door for 6 weeks. It is spacious, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is very private and safe as well as centrally located. Cheryl and Bryan are very attentive and accommodating. We can highly recommend The House Next Door for your stay in George.
