I placed an order on 1Feb, was promised delivery of my piece of furniture after 6- 8 weeks. After 6 weeks, the item delivered to the store in Springfield had the incorrect dimensions. I then waited for another item of furniture to be made up. Four weeks later, a 2nd item had been made up, this time, incorrect dimensions and colour. I gave them a 3rd chance, 3 weeks later, I walked into the store to confirm if the item was what I ordered., the manager Tania was absolutely rude, stating that I was paying less than the value of the item. Tania insinuated that I was incorrectly quoted and the difference would have to be paid by the salesman. I did not draw up the quote?? Tania lacks professional amongst staff and customers. She offered no apology but inappropriate remarks ,such a poor reflection on the company.

I was suppost to buy a dressed there. A guy was suppost to order it for me he said he will send a quote and said we can come fetch it in a week. A week later he still has not send the quote and we tried phoning the company about 10 times but there is no answer to come pick it up. This company is not worth it. Will not go back there again

Just becareful for this store! The sales pitch will make you buy everything but you will pay for a Ferrari and they will send you a Toyota!!! The lie so much. They don't LISTEN to what you want. The manager is so RUDE and unprofessional not forgetting clueless!!!!Please don't waste your time buying here!!

Beautiful showroom, furniture is high quality and very trendy. Staff are very helpful and friendly too.

The worst service ever, I will never purchase from them ever again. They will mislead you. Once they get their money you are nothing to them. We purchased a so called Grafton Everest lounge suite in May 2021 and ever since had issues with it it, up until now they are giving us a run around. The sales person Dustin for the sale he promised the world, we have called him several times and also sent emails to complain of the inferior workmanship with the set and till today nothing has been done about it. I have no other choice but to go to the Ombudsman, Hello Peter and Wendy Knowler and let them know the service we getting from Home Studio and Grafton Everest of their Pathetic service and quality.

Very poor after sales service thus far. I made a custom table and the legs broke. Called numerous times and emailed. No one responded. I still can't use my table. I even offered to pay for my repair and transportation costs.

I'm completely dissatisfied with the after sales service from home studio.When purchasing from this store make sure they make mention of their terms and conditions before purchasing.The lounge set I purchased has material creasing and stitches are opening.The recliner doesn't work properly.Everytime I phoned in n complained the sales guy tells me to send an email, which I do. For feedback I have to message him.Now I have to take the entire lounge set back to the store just for someone from Grafton to inspect it.Just pathetic

This the best quality u never see

Excellent quality of furniture but people beware of their refund policy. You could lose 10% of your money even if you didn't take any goods out of the store. You might not get a refund at all. Be careful.
