The staff in the rehab center are phenomenal. They really know how to make you and your pet feel welcome. I have a very energetic GSD and they know how to handle him so well (and he adores them too). They're very professional and accommodating. Such a cool group of people to work with.

Absolutely amazing! Dr. Savannah(who was o ly here for the holidays from JHB) Dr. Bernhardi and Dr. Steyn went the extra mile to assist my cat. He was in the hospital with them for 3 weeks and did they explore every option before deciding to turn to surgery which ended up being our last resort. Leo is fully healed and healthy thanks to the staff and Blue Cross Vet Newlands! Thank you all very much!

Nice clean animal hospital. Shop is well stocked. Staff are competent and friendly, I was seen on time. Doctor was quick and efficient, answered all my questions very well, didn't scare my pup(she didn't even know she was getting an injection) and didn't shame me for not knowing things. My pup was treated gently and very well. Pricing is reasonable. Parking is good. They also cut her nails and did not charge me. I recommended giving them a visit.

I have been reasonably happy with Blue Cross up until this morning. The vet that attended to us was Dr Steyn who was extremely unfriendly, and dismissive towards us. We were treated with utter disrespect and basic courtesy. I did communicate our dissatisfaction to reception upon leaving. Truly disappointed how service can go from good to shockingly poor and unacceptable!!!
