Truworths

This is more to Truworths' customer service or call centre whoever they are. If I could give -5(negative five) stars I would but unfortunately by default one must give a number higher than 0. You claim to record the calls when speaking to clients, yet we have received multiple calls from different callers asking the same question. A question that has been answered multiple times. We ask if they do not have access to audio recordings or record of the first few calls from the previous few conversations. They respond that, yes they do have access to them in fact they are right in front of them. So if you have the answer to the question you have asked us, already in front of your capable eyes....why are you calling us? They answer so brilliantly that they need the answer to the question they have asked. The same answer that is in IN FRONT OF THEM, TYPED OUT, ON A SCREEN.So either (a) you are lying when you say you record the calls, (b) you are lying when you tell us you have access to the recordings and records or (c) you are incompetent.Dont worry this is multiple choice, pick one:1. A2. B3. C4. All of the above:D

Their stuff members are very patient even when is almost closing time but they still offer best business practices

This is a preferable clothing store to by. Store attandants are so mannered, confidant and professional. The is clean and well arranged. The store is accommodative to everyone even the disabled with some ramps Infront and back of the store
