I've shopped at this branch many times before. I was helped by Nancy Mlambo and her customer service is one of the best I've ever experienced in my life. She was so kind and considerate. I forgot my Dischem rewards card at home and asked for my ID number so I still receive my points.The only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is cause whenever I forget my rewards card and ask other cashiers to please log in with my ID number, I'm normally told that it's not possible.

Appointment for 09h00 for COVID injection. Still sitting waiting. Time now 09h51. Pathetic. A case of customers are not important. I definitely will not be coming to this Dischem again

DISCHEM WONDERPARK PHARMACY IS RACIST.Tuesday, 8th June 2021, I came in with a prescription for my 2 year old daughter. she was prescribed very strong schedule 6 pain killer drops for kids, I was assisted by W. Ramowale, who told me that they currently do not have the medicine however he will order it and I should receive it within 24hrs from the morning of Tuesday. He specifically verified my number after he said to me that I shall receive an SMS notifying me of the arrival of the medicine for me to come collect them. Yesterday, Wednesday, 09th June 2021, I called around 16h00 (more than 24hrs after ordering my 2 year daughter's urgent schedule 6 pain killers, since she dislocated her elbow). I called the landline and continuously got an automated machine until I was compelled to leave a message that's requesting the practice to call me back as prompted by their dialler...sadly and quite upsetting, NO ONE from the branch called, texted nor emailed me back regarding my voice note NOR regarding the highly anticipated medicine. day two, it is now Thursday, 10th June 2021, 48hrs after ordering the HIGHLY anticipated pain killers for my child. today i went to consult with a paediatrician regarding my daughter being restless for the past 3 days...and he advised for x-rays and prescribed another pain killers for my daughter(How ironic). I went straight to the Dischem that was supposed to communicate with me regarding my daughter's painkillers. Before I requested my new prescription, i asked about the STILL anticipated Meds for her, in stead, i was told Annerie Lourens(one of the pharmacists) probably forgot...PROBABLY FORGOT!!!! My daughter has been in excruciating pain for the past 3 days and some highly qualified pharmacist probably forgot to notify me that my 2 year old daughter's HIGHLY needed and prescribed pain killers apparently arrived on the very same afternoon they were ordered but NO, I had to binge my daughter ordinary paracetamol that was not helping as she was in tears in the middle of the past 2 nights' asked t speak to her senior, Josef Smit...without even allowing me to explain my frustration, my hurt and how painful this has been for me, worst my daughter...he interrupted me and just said, This does not usually happen"

My cronic meds were short delivered, this is the 3rd time this happen, thier service is getting wors day by day. Tried calling 7 times already its worse than you can imagine.

Waiting time at pharmacy dispensary is 45 min to an hour this morning.

The cashier by the Name Lebogang Makobe was very rude....she literally asked me if I'm paying or what! As I was standing on the que waiting for her to call me next...mind you it's my first time buying there the experience was horrible!

Great store which has variety of things, from pharmacy, Beauty and etc all at one store, great stuff assisting with smile all the time, from the nurses at the clinic, the pharmacist and stuff on the ground, always willing to go extra mile to make the customer happy. From time to time they have great deals

The pharmacists are AMAZING! However, some of the tellers need training, especially the Zodwa Mabena teller if I'm remembering her name properly. She's very rude, I did not choose her profession for her. This applies to most of the tellers as they are very unprofessional and it's concerning. Their discussions and the manner which they communicate is disgusting. As a customer I'm very unhappy over my experience at the tills.

Received great service from Pharmacist Joel Ratema from dispensary even though it was time to close he was patient and friendly.
