Fines SA

I made payment to FinesSA in February, but two months later received a summons from Knysna municipality. Turns out FinesSA never made the payment to them. Took multiple calls: first to FinesSA (confirming that I paid them) then to Knysna (confirming that they didn't receive payment), then to FinesSA (Oh, sorry, it's still processing...two months later), then to their Finance dept (OK, we'll send you an email when all is sorted), then back to Finance dept (no answer) then again to their support, then again to Knysna (yes, it has finally been paid).Not worth it when other companies offer the same service.

I am quite disappointed in the communication and quite frankly the lack of communication to do with a paid fine. I have not been helped in the slightest as to why my fine has not been cleared from the municipality. I have tried emailing multiple times and get no response, I would appreciate if somebody could communicate exactly what is going on or have I been scammed

Good morning allSA Fines portal is a very helpful app on Google and E-mail help you find outstanding fines, discounts on fines if qualifies for discount, easy to pay through them, getting feedback on payments don't need to go pay and queue at other facilities. Register online at SA Fines and try for yourself.

The service provided by FinesSA is just incredible - it is fast, easy to use, all online and in the majority of cases their interventions come with a guaranteed discount on the Municipality's initial fine. Using the FinesSA app and system saves you a lot of hassles. I highly recommend it.

Paid a fine 18 months ago using fines SA. Last month I received a summons. It appears that they do not pay the money over to Aarto. Do not use Fines SA as they do not pay your money over.

would not recommend them; firstly they sent me emails about 5 outstanding fines, yet 3 of them were already sorted, and 2 fines from 8 months ago I received no notification of, they even called me about the outstanding fines, definitely unsubscribing from their website.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!So I received an email from them that stated that I fines outstanding, this was odd because I never signed up with them or given them any of my details. I went onto the site we as a company always use to pay fines and I had no fines outstanding. I decided to go check it out and tried to log on from the email they sent me, the site kept saying that the profile was invalid. So I decided to talk to the chatbot on the site to which they gave me access to my account which I never created. They had all my details from my ID to my company vehicles. I then questioned this and they said that they found it by All Roads - which does not exist. They gave me a company number to the company they said they used paid to use my details to create my profile which I never gave consent to. This company is Road Protect not All Roads. I then contacted them and they have no information on me whatsoever. I then kept asking how they got my details, to which they replied that they terminated my account (again without consent) and then they left the chat & cleared the chat. Luckily I emailed the transcript to myself in time and took a lot of screenshots. Do no fall for their tricks
