Top service.my car was broken into and I took it to them to replace the rear passenger window.being a Saturday,they didn't have stock,and couldn't get one at that time,11am.I told the young man that I needed to get back to jhb.He then quickly got his people to fit in a temporary perspex window so I could drive to jhb safely.He did not even charge me.He was so helpful and accommodationg and caring.i will definately only use pg glass because of this experience.i reccomend others to pls use them.

Very helpful. Assisted with the small chip repair and admin while I was in for a glass replacement. Only criticism is that the JHB based call centre agent was rude and didnot understand response times and gave very brash responses because he is based in JHB

Excellent service from this branch. They were on call with me all the time to let me know what's happening with my car. They even went the extra mile to advise me about my windscreen. Their prices are also very reasonable and they keep to their turn around time.

Very happy with service. Team were polite and professional. Windscreen was replaced and ready as scheduled. Inside of car was left cleaner than when I dropped it off. Highly recommended.

Went for a car inspection for insurance.Very new employee who was still learning and should have been accompanied by an experienced staff .The counter staff was preoccupied on the phone and not very helpful.
