Cash Converters Montague Gardens

I got my washing machine via facebook from the store manager at Cash Converters Montague gardens. I enquired about it in the morning and by lunch time it was delivered to my door! It was tested and made sure it was in perfect condition before I received it. Very helpful and efficient and a great deal!

Had the most amazingly friendly and helpful service from your store in Cape Town...I bought a garden patio set over the phone from 2 special ladies....Sive & Anoxolo....their helpfulness went beyond the call of service...you have two amazing staff members that I dealt with...your store will go a far way with these two ladies employed by you...well done and thank you for being so helpful. Extremely Bad Service, Bad Management, False Advertising & False Promises ... Called in @10:30am to secure an item... Said they would keep it till 12...I wasnt gona make it as i was too far out... I then called a buddy which arrived at the shop @11:10am.... Only 40 mins later..Still before the agreed time.He walked in and they were busy selling the item to a customer infront of him and after explaining to them was very confused and disappointed .... Pathetic Manager saying it was a first come first serve basis... When clearly we arranged for 12 but got there way before.To the owner please attend to this as this was very disappointing...Employee Name: AkhonaManager did not have a tag on didn't get her name.Thank you

They have become so fussy since the new management has taken over, 90% of the second hand items you try to sell them must look brand new to get them to take it. They knit pick at the smallest thing to knock the value off your item so they can pay you peanuts for the item, only for you to see it on the shopfloor for 2 to 3 times they amount they paid you. Also there is no consistent pricing on items.On more then one occasion, we have been turned away and the gates are closed before 5pm. If your trading hours are till 5 then shouldnt you be open till 5? Not closing at 5 to 5 because you want to go home?if you dont want to process anything that time of day then put up a notice informing your customers you only willing to serve people till 4.45.Richard,Nasim and myself used to bump head from time to time, but I will give it to them for been there till each person (client) was helped. They bought almost everything a person took in even i they were only willing to pay R1.I dont think I will be a customer here any longer, and thats sad, because i was a very faithful clients for 3 almost 4 years, in this branch at sometime 4days a week .But now I will find somewhere to go!

Well stocked branch, catering for your every need. They stock an impressive range of DIY tools and materials. A department is also set up within the shop for cash loans.

After visiting the store a few times over the last 6 months, it seems the franchise has really improved. Neshen and his team seem to be on it! On my last visit, I went to the store to sell some old Playstation games and the service I received was Great. In addition, I needed to check some info of one of the games online and they were able to connect me up to the free Wi-Fi in store which saved me from using my data. Great work, I will definitely be coming back soon.

What a pleasure shopping at Montague Gardens branch since management has been changed. Since Neshen has been there he's changed the attitude of the whole store such a positive vibe. Wish you guys all the best for the future!

Everything under one roof it couldn't get better then this so far my visit was good because customer service I received from staff was friendly and the buyers was also very helpful and good communication skills excellent service guys keep up the good work looking forward to my next visit.... I can only speak for myself not for the other customers who visited so from my side well done guys I'm happy with service I received....

Neat store, but the staff don't seem to have any common sense here. One example ~ Price stickers directly on exposed paintings, using Cash Converter's infamous super glue" stickers. Really a let down. Ruined

This is the besst shop for me out of all the branches. Great place to come to. The manager, Neshen, gives great service and makes you feel at home. 10 out of 10 fore your store.Great job you're doing there. Keep it up.......... Today is the 15'th and I just need to give an update.As always, the service, the staff, especially Neshen, it is and they are the best ever.I challenge anyone to show me a more dedicated store then Cash Converters Mont. Gardens. Excellent service from you and your team Neshen. You guys get a 15 out of 10 from me. And to the owner of the store, you've got a great team. Keep up the good work.
