Sent my vehicle as the fan that cools the engine was not running, there solution a plug that had to be unplugged at the engine everytime I drove the the fan had to first be plugged in and when I stopped somewhere had to unplug, and the bill for this over R 3000,they will never see my business again.

Very professional and friendly staff. They even aided me in pulling my car out of the yard as I was a bit nervous to reverse out of the workplace.

Very dissapointed that I spent 5 minutes at Howards, only to find they couldn't solve my problem. They filled my aircon gas knowing that it won't work and charged me R350!!! They didn't take an extra minute to diagnose my air-conditioner motor and just said it will cost between 5k & 6k. The owner then dashed off and left the problem with one of his staff.I enquired about a faulty fuel gauge and not even a word of advice or service offered, this after they took my R350.I will most certainly NOT recommend supporting this brand as I have found that Cape Town has hundreds of services providers willing to go the extra mile to assist and provide excellent customer service. My problem was eventually sorted out at a fraction of the cost. PLEASE ENQUIRE AND ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE COMMITTING TO THESE PEOPLE!

The work was of poor quality, staff unprofessional. Was billed for work not done. Howard is basically a fraud and hence will not recommend to any potential client.

Staff was friendly, work was done promptly. Will go back anytime
