Horrible customer service, the TV that shows when your order Is ready wasn't working properly so they were calling out the numbers but we couldn't hear anything. If you made the mistake of missing the time they call your number, your order will not be entertained anymore because you missed your opportunity""

They dont know their markets it was month end we stayed patiently on drive through for more than 20min as it was out tuen to buy we were told we must wait for 15min believe you me most of cars queeng there left.

Service took forever. Place is kak dirty, food laying everywhere. The thing which keeps food warm for customers has old food just laying in there. Jirre.

I had to wait more than 45 minutes on there drive trough it's like they don't have dadicated stuff to help people on drive trough there service it's very poor

They were extremely busy when we were there, but we still didn't wait to long. We went to order inside on the kiosk. I know the guys of Mr. Delivery is only trying to make a living, but it's still not nice if they jump the queue and shout their orders, expecting their orders to be made before the other customers that ordered first. The food was good at least.

Chicken was dry,waited about 45 mins in queue ,once ordered i was only then told at the paypoint that the speedpoint is off n i need to use cash ...which at that time i was lucky enough to have...worker didnt even apologize for the inconvenience...so that shows you the customer service..
