Staff members are friendly and helpful but the store allow the strangers standing by the gate to follow customers inside the store and walk beside them throughout their shopping experience asking to install the tiles or do plumbing for them. This can be very dangerous and makes one very uncomfortable and could resort to some customers feeling unsafe, crime is too bad in South Africa you'd never know if people really want to help or not. Do not allow them to walk customers inside the store rather wait for them to come outside!!!

My first experience of going into a Ceramic Tile Market , was clean neat and the staff welcomed us at the door... they were friendly assistfull and very much very hands one.From the moment we walked in to look at tiles required and the assistance of the whole process to the time we left , the staff was explaining things professional , slowly and they were very knowledgeable about the items questioned about.From entrance to buying of material and loading was all a very pleasurable.Very impressed at the level of service delivery.
