So disappointed. I went to go buy a new SIM card because mine is damaged. I specifically told the cashier that it was for a SIM swap and even asked if she can help or if I should call my network when I got home and she said I should do it myself by calling. That wasn't an issue, just wanted to know if she can help. The issue is she rica'd my sim card so I couldn't do the SIM swap. Because of her incompetence, I now have to make another trip to the store and I am without a working SIM for an extra day.

Poor service, rude as well... . Today I got there 30mins late thinking they close at 18:00 as per the website, got there and they had closed but they were still cashing up so I called one of the ladies to ask her about my item, those ladies just looked at me and made me wait for close to 15mins they just stared at me and didnt even bother to come hear what I wanted to ask them. The lady finally came to the door and I asked her about the times, she answered me and just walked away before I could finish asking her about my items

a cashier named Tsholo was the most terrible experience for me. poor customer service we had to stand on the que while listening her disrespect one of the service providers to the store. it was very disturbing as she was converating with someone at the other end of the store. she needs training please.

The experience I received from one of the ladies with dreadlocks was appalling. She was rude and they treat customers very poorly. I have nothing good to say about pep safari tuin.
