Terrible service across the entire scope, some days worse than others,, look at the cup I drank my soda from, even the quality of the chicken is disgusting

One person cannot work the till and also call out orders on a Saturday night. The process ends up frustrating customers and the person working at the till. Words were exchanged between him the person behind the counter and a customer and it was due to the long waiting time to place an order. In opinion, the order doesn't take long, it's the placing of the order that takes time.

This KFC has poor management...they operate without ice cream products. The old ice cream machine keeps on breaking and the owner seem reluctant to replace it, as a result they operate without all ice cream related products such as milk shakes, crushers and many other products. This problem has been going on for about a year and half now, and no one seem to attend it. I wonder why KFC inspectors do not notice this problem.
