The eyes tests and liscensing cashier are quick and friendly. However their has not been a driver's liscence cashier from 08h00 till 09h15 (counter 3).

Wish I could give this place 0 stars . Went to do my learners at 8 and no one was there . Asked what was going on and no one could tell me. Eventually they said there computers were broken. Second time I go there at 8 again for my test no one is there and I was there for 1 hour and the test instructor still hadn’t arrived. There’s no organisation or boss in control. I would not recommend going here for anything. They just laugh at you when you ask where is the test instructor. 0/10
