Lovely complex and lovely neighbours, however our stay was bad. Experienced discrimination and racism from the Landlords Anton Williamson and Vincent van Heerden from Unit 2. We vacated their property few days our lease ended. We had been paying way before our due date. It has been a month ignoring our calls and emails about refund of about R14500 deposit. Our deposit was never invested, and the repairs due to them were never met. Breaching the contract. Anton Williamson blocked our number on WhatsApp. We asked for a mediator from the body corp but unfortunately they cannot help, and we understand. We hope other tenants will be treated fairly and humanly by these two landlords.
