Count your fingers when shaking hands with this crowd.Truck receipt indicated that both my bottles were filled.Checked and only one was filled.They came back and filled the other one after complaint.No believable explanation offered.Wonder how many times I have been dudded in the past and not known ?

Do not trust this company. They are the most expensive around and have no care for customer service. Every week our price is put up by another 50c and every few months I have to complain until they agree to lower the price but never to what we agreed upon in the first place.

I have been a business customer with this company for over 12 months and upon my most recent order for bottles I found out there has been a price increase. I found out about the increasse by looking at my invoice.When I called to speak to someone I was told there was an increase as of the 1st of January. I asked why I wasn't told about this and was informed it was because I used the automated ordering system and that you couldn't advise all customers about the increase.This is poor business. Every other supplier I deal with lets me know about any increase in costs either by an email or by a letter dropped off by the delivery driver. I am not angry about the increase, I am angry that you think so little of your customers that you don't think they need to know.I am now in the situation of having to look for another supplier and hope they have the decency of advising in advance of any price increases.

Easy to use website (if you have internet access); good delivery record and debates if last gas bottles have been full (where as in the past this may have been debatable) ... Elgas have lifted their game :)

Easy Ordering, fast delivery!

Used for a while can't complain about service although they don't reply to emails. It's their bottles gas prices at over $35 per bottle more than a few more retailers I use now .

Website is easy to use. Delivery is normally same day.
