Waited 2 hours after placing an order with Margate store, tried ringing and no answer from the store with tracking disabled on Debonairs website.Received a call from the store after 2 hours and 30 minutes to tell me that the driver got stuck and I must collect my pizzasArrived at the store with 5 motor bikes parked outside whereafter I collected cold,dry and minimal topping pizzas.Worst experience ever.

I ordered one pizza at 18:51 and only received the pizza at ~20:55. When the pizza eventually came it was cold and absolutely unpleasant, which is shocking because the deliver is only 1km away. It was also difficult to reach them, being put on hold to speak to the driver just for the line to cut off, not a fun experience, I hope to see improvement for this shop… It would be a shame if this type of service had to continue

Had to decrease my rating, since your move... waited over an hour for a creamy veg pizza that didn't have mushrooms on it, so the guy working there was like so do you want me to add it... yes its on the pizza... then they proceeded to cut up one raw mushroom and add the 5 raw slices on it and give it to me... Shelly center is much better....

I placed an order via the debonairs app, after 2hrs there was no sign of delivery of any pizza or any updates to track.I called the call centre 9 times and was transferred to manager/store who did not answer.After 2hrs of waiting, I drove to store myself and was told by the manager that deliveries on the app was closed and my order was never received.As a customer, the service/attitude received from the manager was pathetic. Andile is not fit to be a manager with this attitude and tone and therefore will be taking it further with higher management.If I did not come to store, I wouldn't have been informed that my order was not received.

Ordered a large triple decker and also wanted a real deal with it and I was told it can’t be delivered? I understand when one orders just the real deal, but I was adding to my order? Why is this??

Most pathetic establishment ever - Margate Branch. We have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt by supporting them many times, however every single time is a nightmare. Their call centre system is the most ridiculous system ever, honestly I am not even sure how this branch is still operating. When you have any query at all, they can basically do nothing at all, as they are not even situated in the branch, so they transfer you to the branch, what is the point of that?!?!?! Then the call just gets cut. We have now waited over 2 hours for our pizza and no one can help us and they just say sorry." P.L.E.A.S.E can head office pay them a visit
