Terrible, fought to get my order. Delivery promised 3 times, no delivery and no communication. After waiting for over a month, running after them, I received the wrong order. Which I wanted to hold on to because you cannot trust this Jay guy. Anyway took it because money was already paid and did not any dealings with this scam of a business. PS - I do not know how to reply to the below comment - YOUR BUSINESS DOES NOT DELIVER WITHOUT PAYMENT, which was made in full to you. You even now go to the extend of lying about your customers because you do not appreciate honest reviews.

Talk about turning a bad customer experience to an excellent one!It’s only fair that I provide an update and also not only report on the bad. I had previously submitted a negative review for JayMart SA due to bad handling and failure to deliver my item on time. I am delighted to inform you that I have now received my order, and the driver contacted me before they left your store to provide me with an ETA, which they met. The two gentlemen who came to bring my table and chairs were very professional and friendly. I am very pleased with both the product and the service provided by the two gentlemen that came to deliver it. The two gentlemen has restored my faith in your brand!

The service I received is really shocking. I ordered an L shape couch and it came 2 days later around 00:00am, the guys installed the legs and left everything was fine I was happy, few weeks later the legs are coming out and couch is now skewed. I spoke to the guy to come fix it and he promised the guys will come it's a month later and no one came. Spoke to him few times and just same empty promises of some guys coming to fix the couch. Really disappointed ☹️

My order took a little time to get here, but it was exactly what I ordered. The quality of the chairs is amazing, exactly like the photos

Good service and good prices but unfortunately the after sales needs to be looked into especially if with the delivery there is some damage. A customer would love to support businesses but must benefit as well and not when there's a problem then no calls or messages are returned.

I ordered a table from Jaymart and luckily they had the chairs I wanted in stock and the correct color that accommodated my living room best service ever , very patient with customers and keep communication with the customer with regards to update will be definitely coming back for more
