D&G Windows went above and beyond designing and installing new windows, when they discovered the wrong lintels had been used by the original builders of the house they quickly sorted out the problem. They were tidy and efficient, always on time and I'm very happy with the end results. I highly recommend them.

Now here is a company that doesn't care about customer service at all. They wasted so much of my time and didn't even deliver a product. they kept cutting the wrong dimensions and kept promising delivery but nothing was ever delivered. do not waste your time with them. my first review because it was that bad.

Punctual, staff very friendly and helpful. Despite a glitch in the beginning, Dustin and the team made sure the doors were perfectly installed. We are thrilled with the final finish

My experience was exactly like that of Warren Maroon's who 9 months ago wrote in this review stream 'Now here is a company that doesn't care about customer service at all. They wasted so much of my time and didn't even deliver a product. they kept cutting the wrong dimensions and kept promising delivery but nothing was ever delivered. do not waste your time with them'. And like Warren, this the first review I have written 'because it was that bad'. Cynically, the owner of the company who responded to to Warren's review with concern and surprise , was one of the key culprits in what I can only say bordered on customer abuse. It was a traumatic experience and I only persevered because they had already done 90% of the work but I could not get them to complete it. I ultimately gave up and went to someone else who sorted everything out in two weeks.
