I bought tiles worth R 17 000 and one box had 4 broken tiles. I brought the box back and the so called manager refused to even look at the box. He arrogantly said its their policy and there was no way they could have loaded the box with broken tiles. He claimed that packers check the tiles before they load,of which is not true because I was there when they load. This is very disappointing and heartbreaking.

Very poor service, they gave us broken tiles and didn't want to take them back, I'll never buy there again.
