I've been buying at this place until i was attended a white lady there. She's so rude and talks down on people. Don't see myself going back there again because of her. The other staff is friendly

They were very friendly and accommodating to try get you to go with them. Once you committed, they become very unfriendly and it felt like you were troubling them.

love the store. they have what you need mostly. The staff at the tellers just need to be trained a bit more to know their products to speed up the payment process.

Service is bad. Employees just sit at the counter. You have to go round and round looking for stuff without assitance then come back to the front. And if an item can't fit and it's ooen no exchange.

Very disappointed with Build It. I moved into the area 2 years ago & since then I have supported them as they are local & support our community.I live not even 2km for them & they charged me R700+ for delivery fee as they made 2 deliveries. I was very disheartened by this.
