Worst service I have EVER encountered! Charged 5.4k to transport dogs to airport and never even picked up the dogs from the breeder. Forced to change flights 3 times to accommodate their transport times eventhough they received flight details way in advance. Now the owner, Sandra, is ignoring my WhatsApps and phone calls. Had to arrange and pay for other company to pickup the dogs. I am disgusted of losing my money like this and the petty way we are treated in this situation.
