Very tight deadline, print job delivered in a timely fashion, great service, communication and would most definitely use again and recommend to anybody else!

I run a registered NPO in CT and approached VC for a quote to do significant signage. We paid an astronomical amount of money for signage which was placed at our new offices in town. Not only was the print quality poor, the applications began to peel with a few days of assemblage. In addition to this, no formal invoice for the items were ever provided (despite promises), no apologies were ever given. In fact, the team at Virtual Colour removed themselves from all communication taking absolutely no responsibility for the workmanship. This is probably my first negative review ever made to any business in my life. I am not here to demean businesses as we all try out best and no one is perfect. I write this simply because the service given, and the absolute disregard to take responsibility and care to rectify anything despite the obvious errors was disgraceful and would not wish it upon anyone. If you are looking to use Virtual Colour and wish to view the work done, you are welcome to contact me and visit the offices. As an NPO we cannot afford to redo the job elsewhere so the print quality and workmanship is in clear view for anyone wishing to visit and will unfortuneately have to remain as such indefinitely.
