Absolutely the best! The owner (Gena) is just such a honey, gives wonderful advice and let's you walk out of the parlor without being worried! Wish she ran a doggy day care cause my fur babies would be there every day!

Slotted us in at short notice which was welcome. The 2 doggies seemed happy with being away from home for a few hours, and, as I didn't pay am not sure of value for money. I will say I took a star off as I felt the pups could have been a little cleaner especially around the face. Thanks anyway, still recommended.

My dog was groomed very nicely. What made me extra happy was seeing him happy when I fetched him. He is a very anxious dog and seeing him so at ease was great.

Won’t ever go back there. My partner dropped our dog off, was met with utter rudeness, like they don’t care for the business or what we wanted done. She asked specifically for his hair to be shaved around the legs as it gets matted very easily, they said no. We asked for the paws to be cleaned and it wasn’t done. Our dog came back basically washed. They trimmed his body hair which we specifically asked them not to touch. We had to shave him when we got back home (we don’t like doing it as a professional knows better) so R260 absolutely wasted and this is the SECOND time we used them and received mediocre results. But oh how quick they were to sell their homemade cookies, but could barely speak to my partner or be welcoming. Do not recommend this place at all.

Great service, friendly staff. My baby came back all fluffy & soft, felt like a teddy bear lol they work quickly as well. Definitely recommend them & will be coming back again.
