Great service, I have been going there for quite some time and I was always treated with dignity and respect thank you to every stuff member. Even thought I kept getting new people but their service was always balanced.. thank you to Mr mabasa who recently helped me.

One of the cleanest clinics I've been to. At first service was outstanding but they are starting to slack. They take long taking out your file and if you're a regular you get the you should know the rules card even if it's your first time in a different situation.

They love thier lunch breaks and chit chats too much. People have other places to go and they wasting patients time.The service is always slow and very unorginized and unbothered.Shouldnt even be getting any stars at how slow the service is.If they dont want to work give it to those who really want to work and attend to people

I want to take a minute to thank the staff at Parkhurst clinic. All of the staff from security, receptionist and nurses nurses were so wonderful to us and they were genuinely concerned.SISTER BEAUTY reassured and took plenty of time to explain exactly what we were dealing with.not forgetting SISTER MALESEDI too going extra miles.Good job must be appreciated too not only looking for faults. It's a small clinic that unfortunately services more than 3 local communities. Traffic is not unbearable. People usually sit there for a long time and without anybody attending to them. The last time I accompanied someone here, mothers were getting frustrated and children restless. They must learn to communicate with patients so that they are more settled and know what's happening at any given point.

Our 10 month old needed the BCG vaccine after being born (and living) abroad during this time. We went to this clinic and were pleasantly surprised. Things seemed to be well organized and moving along. It was a nice location, staff were friendly. I found it a pleasant experience.
