I got an appointment quite fast, satisfied with the dentist and the service received. Staff were friendly too (the dentist's assistant was so nice!). Except the elderly cashier woman, unpleasant, no personality whatsoever, my goodness, why bother. She seems to hate her job, go and retire and save us from the miserable attitude you have! She does not seem to get it that she does not work for prison services but a health care company where staff are expected to be professional and pleasant to PAYING customers!

Dr Mia is a FANTASTIC dentist, not only has she made my 7 year old LOVE the dentist after another dentist wanted to hectically drug her for a filling, and she fixed the tooth with only numbing gel and gave her an absolute love for dentists through her kindness and softness, but, she has been fantastic with myself too. Appointments are made online and they co firm a few times over. Everyone is friendly and issues are fixed promptly.

Highly annoyed and disappointed with the service I received this morning at the Medicross Dentists. Made an appointment with a dentist and upon arriving for such appointment was told that it was made with a different Dr. Furthermore, when asked for a copy of my medical aid card I was told that they do not accept this medical aid and plan. How is it that when making the appointment over the phone and being asked about my medical aid, that this information was not disclosed with me? I do not recommend this practice and I hope that in the future their services improve!

Struggling with a tooth? Stay FAR away from this Medicross.. Ruined a simple filling and still having issues 8 months later, what an absolute waste of money
