Terrible service. If I could give them half a star I would. They only pick up the phone and leave it on the desk. They never answer it. Wasting your time and money. Who would still bother with them after treated like this?

It’s the worst service ever received. One calls the landline and they answer and just leave the phone on and carry on with their work while you hold on. I have phoned 6 times and happened every single time. You can hear the personnel in the background chatting.
