Bad service, zero star suits you. I placed an order of pizza delivery today , l was told it will be delivered in 30minutes , turned out its close to 4hours now you are closed but am still waiting for my pizza. The lady who answered my call actually took my phone number and home address, why waste my time if you know you are not going to deliver

One word disappointed....i tried ordering online they said they are not able to do online orders so, I was like that's fine then i phoned and the first thing they say is.... sorry but we are not taking orders now""

The worst pizza and service I have received in years , pizza was dry and crusty ordered 2 pizzas one came out first and had to wait 15mins for the next one , the triple decker had sauce and chicken only, the crammed decker was equally dry and had meat and sauce only .

You guys don't pick the phone for orders timely. I order here weekly ...and you guys are quick to close the doors to the public even when there's no loadshedding napping . You guys must stop being lazy...and have basic customer service and the decency to speak well and build rapport with regulars.

Ordered a pizza at 10:10am , its 11:22am and i still haven't received my pizza . i called in the store and the guy had the nerve to tell me he will get back to me shortly his helping a customer , i told him why should i wait when i already paid for the pizza then only he decided to check my order that call was made at 11:02 he said our order is done and the driver is on his way we are still waiting !!!! We are 5 mins away from seapoint and it took them this long to get done how rediculous

Ordered the pizza 90mins ago at Debonairs Pizza Seapoint up to now we haven't recieved anything, the App is saying unavailable sometimes, the driver going the wrong way, called the manager twice the 3rd time Debonairs Pizza is closed , what a bad service, all my mood for pizza spoiled, it deserves 0 rating they don't value their customers

Often I order at this branch as Kevin the driver is very quick and friendly. Today 18 July 2022 the app tells my my order is on the way. My complex does not allow delivery to the door so we wait outside. I don't like keeping drivers waiting as I understand it's cold and they have many orders. In this case some new driver made me walk half way to the store on Marais Road because he could not find Oliver Road. I could have got into my car not waited outside my building for 1 hour as the app said 19:14 will be arrival. I got my food at nearly 8pm I waited outside almost an hour freezing my toes off. This is unacceptable. It will take me a while to order again and I order at least 3 times a week. But for now I will have to just go elsewhere.
