One phone call is all it took!Firstly I did a search on Google and found amongst many companies Arctic Breeze. I called at least five other companies and still waiting for responses from three of them. When I called Arctic Breeze inquiring about a 12000btu new installation it was a different story. The sales guy (Muhammad) knew exactly their stock position and their limitations of installation timing. We closed the deal on the first call and the Arctic Breeze Technicians / Installers where at my home at 8:00am the next day and the installation was completed by 10:00am.Brilliant service!Oh and let me mention their price was pretty good too!
