Dont let the name fool you.The staff are equipped to advise you on items over and above Saddles! They can tell you if your handbags and luggage are repairable and provide cost effective suggestions.

Service and clenliness needs to be improved. I had my saddle fitted incorrectly twice. For one of the only tack stores in the area, the selection is very poor.

Gave my blanket in 2 months ago. Should have been finished in 3 weeks. Not one follow up call on progress. Went in and it was not done yet. Not one apology. Bad attitude and throwing fellow staff members under the bus for poor service. Appaling experience. Will never support again!
