This is the place to be if you are certainly looking a precise Durban taste.It is neat, it is clean, it is spacious, it colourful, it bright, it is well lit, it has sufficient staff and delivery system.Interior and decor are immaculate. Wall painting, seating arrangement, tables chairs and over all look of the place simply attractive.But wait, what attracts the most is the taste... And service.The management of this franchise is keen to deliver and always listen to the need of customer and they always guide them to make a better/rigjt choice for their meals.Their management is the key to their success. They take their customers very seriously and always try help out customers should there be need.They always send prompt response to their mails and queries and phone orders.Their pizzas are simpy value for money and there is no need to mention the great taste and experience.Ms. Zama served us very efficiently.We wish you all the best of luck.Regards.

The chicken was rather dry and hard to chew reason being the chicken was pre grilled and kept aside once we ordered it was quickly grilled and given to us.

Today what terrible service, at Africaz Chicken Chis Hani branch.Ordered the full chicken special where you have a choice of salad or coleslaw, the cashier states the advertisement is incorrect they are only giving coleslaw with the deal, and also , they are not allowed to make the chicken half hot and half mild only one sauce is allowed. Which was the first time of me hearing that , normally they offer that option to me.The cashier had an attitude of,Basically if I don’t like it I must leave the purchase.On collection the other employee changes the coleslaw for salad, which was looking all brown and so unappetising.Disappointing is an understatement.

Terrible delivery service. Firstly they change their delivery fee when they feel like. 30 rand is crazy for a road away. Secondly the burgers i got were opened messed up and was told the sauce wet the box so it opened lol absolute joke of a place. Used to love it but it easier buying debonairs 20 rand set delivery fee.
