Like vultures ! I have been without a job now for more than 2 years due to a motorcycle accident but even so l still make a plan to meet my commitments. One or two days late and the threats and harassment begin !

I wish there was a possible way to give them zero stars. I have had the worst experience with them. Just wanting to add additional costs that makes no sense. When I asked them to assist me with relevant documents from the rental car company that I had to pay, they could not provide me with anything.

Threats every week or two when payments and arrangements were made. Pathetic bunch who can't allocate their payments to accounts. Terrible people to deal with. It's sad actually

I have been harassed by this company every 2nd day of every week for a wonga account I settled with them and received a paid up letter of the debt. Yet I get calls to pay apparently" a remaing amount of R300. This is really frustrating because none of their internal departments are working together."

Ridiculous! Sold a car 5 years ago, mentioned to MiX Telematics that the new owner should be contacted to take over the tracking unit and take it off my name. Just under a year later, LGR contacted me saying I owe R663.04. After 5 different LGR individuals, hours on a call, and Numerous emails, the matter was finalized and my name cleared. 9 Months later I received another SMS stating I owe money. It then stopped again...not sure who did what. Received another SMS and call today stating the funds are still outstanding. CRAZY!

There isn’t much to say, other than the fact that LGR’s debt collection department operates on old information. I have NEVER banked with Absa and yet I am being pursued for debt associated with same. The worst part is they request to speak with someone by the name of Elias Maponya. I would strongly advise LGR to take into account that the numbers they have are most of the time inaccurate and that a system needs to be put in place to ensure that this error can be avoided.

Horribly unprofessional. I paid my creditcard off last year March and received a settlement letter confirming from them the card is paid up. Yesterday I was told that I don't qualify for a loan because I defaulted on my creditcard 9 months ago. This should have been updated on my credit profile months ago.
