I have to say I enjoy living here, but there seems to be an issue with the electricity and water billing. I live alone and my electricity is R1500.00 per month. I'll be giving my attorney instructions to investigate the matter as it seems I receive no response from the billing company.

Visited this place several times.Security protocol is of high standard.I suggest, they keep enforcing in not giving access to any vehicle that enters or leaves with out the required pin.The dump room on the bottom floor must be regularly maintained.Keep it up.

The responses on the electricity issue are not satifactory, who decides on the 3rd party metering company then coz there current one is obviously not up to standa red and is ripping tenants off, the landlord don't seem to care coz they getting a piece of the cake.

I cannot wait for my lease to end so that I can leave. Their utilities is too high, the administrator (Michelle) is so incompetent and very unprofessional. Their house rules are ridiculous, we are grown adults but the house rules are as if this is a university residence or commune.

Rated 5 for the WORSE place to stay if you enjoy peace. I have been complaining about the same thing for 6 months almost everyday calling control room.Nothing gets done

The water is always there 365 days and smelly, management always lies to new tenants blaming rain. Very bad place.bad people and dirty rats size of cats outside no gym that works don't be fooled and M&T security in day time just sits does nothing! Rather put 2 security at night as we don't have any security at night.caretaker gets beaten and no security around.

They need to improve the safety of the tenants it's not 100%. Anyone come and go, their access at the gate is not adequate. Water and lights bill it's extremely abnormal because they use 3rd party service provider. Sharing of tenants brings more corruption with students that are ungovernableThe bus is nice, beautiful but because of a lot of people who don't belong there it makes the place to be corrupt, less neat, less safety. M&T are missing it there and not doing anything about itTheir flats in Ecopark have access control but at Doe Hoewes Towers it's not implemented, I dont understand why??? Complaints have been raised several time.

Besides the extreme electricity rates, I live next to the worst neighbour who happens to be the caretaker of the place. I got noise fines for no reason. R500! And I can’t get hold of the management to query my concerns. This place is a cash cow and it’s not worth it.
