I was blown away by the friendly, personal service. Thank you, Lynn, for your excellent customer service. I'm loving my chair! I waited a couple of months to see if there were any issues/problems, but there aren't. It's made a huge different to my life and has definitely helped in alleviating the backache I was suffering from. I highly recommend All Office!

Unreal service and delivery efficiency, I ordered a ergo chair online from AllOffice which didn't quite fit my height - after a quick email they contacted me to offer to come in to the showroom and try out some of their other chairs, they then delivered them to my home on the same day to test out in my own time until I was satisfied I had found the right product. Absolutely the best service I have ever experienced period.

I'm honestly blown away by this company! I've never ordered office furniture and had it delivered within 4 hours - it's usually along the lines of 2 weeks. The desk and chair I ordered surpassed my expectations from a quality perspective, and the delivery guys were fantastic. Using All Office for future purchases is a no-brainer.

The product itself is 5 stars, but what really made me happy with this company was the customer service. When placing the order (before checkout) I was advised that the item was out of stock so I would need to wait but they gave me an expected delivery date. Closer to the date they kept me informed about delays with customs (as is standard in SA I feel) and even followed my unique special delivery instructions. Everyone I dealt with was exceptionally great! :)
