Absolutely love my pilates classes with Gloria. As a beginner I was very nervous. Gloria has been so reassuring and has given me the ability to believe in my self. Baby steps... but starting pilates at the beginning of this year has been phenomenal! Thank you Gloria for being the best !

I have been doing Pilates for a year and due to my move I had to find a new place to stretch and reduce my stress levels... I highly recommend Pilates Fitness and Wellness in Glenvista. Gloria(instructor) is an excellent and amazing instructor. We have tons of laughs and sometimes I want to cry in her class.. #nopainnogain
