The service from Mad Hatters Party shop is incredible. I not only had a last-minute order on a Thursday afternoon that needed to be up by Friday 8am, but the team also set it up beautifully without a hassle and left the balloon arch up for 3 weeks in the newly opened store even though it was only ordered for a day. The arch still looked perfect after 3 weeks and when they went to take it down the allowed it to stay an extra week. They gave the best price and the best service!

Absolutely brilliant service. I needed a balloon garland done with 2 hours notice. Taryn went above and beyond to accommodate us and even added a little extra to the balloon decor. I couldn't be happier with the result and would highly recommend their services.

The service here is top notch! You can find absolutely anything and everything you may be looking for, for any occasion here. And the special little touches that the owner adds to everything is awesome! The most qualified and talented balloon sculptor around as well! You definitely need to visit.
