PostNet Heidelberg

To ladies are just not patient with customers and mock customers .May they please be either removed or get customer care training.

We received a message at 13:20 that a parcel we had sent here for Christmas has arrived only to find the store has closed already at 13:00 There is no mention on the stores website that the store will be closing early for the holidays. We are going back home on the 26th and the store will also be closed however on your website it says the store will be open on public holidays until 14:00 I will launch a complaint at the consumer board and with the postnet head office as well as a piece with the media about the undependable postnet Heidelberg service. I am completely appalled by the service a company like yours as give us on the joyess time and you have ruined our Christmas completely. Thank you for the poor service

Seeing as there is no review space for the Post Net at Heidelberg mall I’ll leave this review here, I will definitely be the last time I use Post Net’s postal services how is it that it costs R320,00 just to post a few documents from here to Ermelo? If it wasn’t for me having a busy schedule I would’ve driven the documents myself will surely make use of Aramex or any other postal service before I use Post Net again.

I still haven't received a delivery that was supposed to take 2-4 days from the 3rd of October '21. I went to follow up on the 7th, the staff were not helpful and I did not appreciate the no care attitude.

i was standing next to an elderly lady maybe 80 years old struggling to explain what she want because of her age, then 2 of the ladies working there started mocking her behind her back.

Can somebody please arrange customer service training for the 2 ladies at Heidelberg Mall. Poor service and lack of common decency.

I received a sms at 13h20 on 24/12/18 to notify myself to collect a parcel. I arrived at 13h35 at the shop , just as as 2 ladies and a male was busy leaving . I recognized the 2 ladies as working for the Postnet shop. I informed them that I received the sms to collect a parcel. I was totally shocked by their attitude, as they totally ignored me, continued to lock the door and walked away. I again informed them about the message , and the only response I got was it was not me" and they continued walking away without a backward glance. Needless to say
