Courier guy boksburg, am greatly disappointed there is 100%lack of customer care there even the telesales it's like you are bothering her, she has no time to listen to what you have to say. My parcel has been sitting since Friday now its Tuesday without collection they are simply not picking it up. I usually send with JHB south the area manager there is spectacular non-issue at all, this time I decided to bring the package to work, it's the worst I tell you, why not call me if there are issues happening

There was no order at all in terms of the line, people kept cutting infront of me and they let them. A total of 4 people I was there before got assisted first and some were called to be assisted while I waited for 30 minutes.when I got to be assisted finally, I needed assistance carrying my package in, which I get assistance with the few times I’ve been there, they moved me to the back of the line after my package got collected in my car. And the waiting continued. I was there for an additional 10minutes waiting to be assisted again.

Booked a pick up with Pudo on the 22 May. After almost two weeks with no pick up we picked up the package ourselves. That same day the driver tried to collect the packet, which we did ourselves. The driver cancelled the label saying Customer cancelled due to good service". This was MOST definitely not due to good service but due to ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE"

I send a lot of guitars all over South Africa and have not had any issues using the Courier Guy Kiosk in Boksburg. The staff are fantastic, speedy and are always helpful.

My husband was at the store Wednesday after 5, staff was in the store. They explained they can't help him they closed. Fair, that's their operating time. He asks their closing time, they explain 5pm. Today he leaves work early gets there at the K90 branch at 16:50. This time they refuse to help him cos they about to close". Branch time says 9-5pm. Can I get clearance on this please"

The driver of courier guy delivered my parcel at the wrong address. And nou they don't give a flying f about it. I don't know if the driver is involved in stealing goods. Don't use this company pay more and you wil get your stuff it won't get stolen.

damaged my parcel; no refund for damages; charged me 3 times: for delivery of the damaged parcel, its return and new delivery. This is the worst service and arrogance I have experienced in the long time.
