I rate them minus 10 stars, the workers dont respect your property, they scratched my diamond cut mag wheels while replacing my tires. Manager asked for photos, to date no accountability, i would never use them and do not recommend them.

Being the only Supa Quick tyre outlet in the area that does exhaust replacements, I confirmed with the store and gave them the make and model of my vehicle. Unfortunately, the incorrect system was installed.The floor manager apologized and has committed to replace the exhaust system. I must mention that after the 3rd. visit, the employee who fitted the exhaust tried to weld a temporary support bar to stop the rear silencer from knocking around, and in the process burnt a section of the rear bumper, which now needs to be replaced. The manager has agreed to replace the bumper on the proviso that I bring him 2 quotations.All the riding around for quotations and the inconvenience of having to get the right thing done has cost me a good couple of rands in unnecessary travelling. Although one the quotations was approved by SQ's head office (for which the panelbeater is still awaiting payment before replacing the bumper) I do however admit that the floor manager was very obliging and humble to set the situation right.
