Excellent customer service Browns Cradlestone. Sylvana was very friendly, patient and helpful in helping us find what we were looking for. My rings had to be custom designed because of my very small ring sizes, but they made sure to keep me and my partner updated throughout the process, for which I am ever grateful for the excellent customer service.

We were at Browns today and the service we have received was very poor. I’ve asked the old lady (black hair with glasses) if she could please take my ring size, she never took my ring size, and was very disrespectful, questioned everything I wanted and even said me and my partner doesn’t look happy. She had an attitude on her. I will not buy anything there.
