Very helpful staff & they adhere to covid-19 rules

I visited the store on Saturday morning with a bomber jacket purchased by my son in Rome. It was a birthday gift. It was purchased along with a jersey. The Rome La Coste shop sales assistant assured my son the jacket was the right size when compared to the jersey (which is a perfect fit). I asked a Sandton La Coste sales assistant if I could exchange for the correct size. She said there was only green in stock, but to check other jackets. While I was doing this she came to me to say the manager said he / she could not exchange the jacket because his / her shop used different codes.Disappointing for a world brand.The codes are: Jacket. BH262 FYA T48 GraviteJersey. AH7912 PXC T4 Marine/Atmosphere-Blanc

Wanted a long sleeve golfer they said they don’t have they’ll get it in 10 minutes by Mandela square. The lady went for close to an hour , went out to buy some things , got back and still she wasn’t back. One of the staff to went to look for her we even left before he could come back. It’s frustrating because when we learnt there’s no Medium we wanted to go to Rosebank she refused saying we are wasting petrol.m, she’ll get it for us.. Guess what we wasted something more precious. TIME !!!! Very unprofessional!!!!!!

It is such a shame because the employees are so helpful, but the store was almost empty and they made us wait in a queue for 20 minutes to pay. I should have left but I was buying a present. It it just increíble they have to fill in every detail of the purchase on a small note pad, like if it was the XIX century.

The customer service is amazing. I loved the bald headed lady. I'll definitely be going back there soon lol. Keep up the good service

They never answer their phone. Tried calling just now and some lady answered then quickly hung up.....what kind of customer service is thi?
