Petrol attendant friendly helpful and informative. I was treated like a VIP.

Bunch of thieves - for the second time now I've had finishings on my car stolen after filling up here. First time was my car's model lettering - thought it was coincidence, could have happened anywhere - but now my back windscreen wiper fitting as well. Will pay the extra to go up to Blaauwklippen instead.

Attendants are friendly, courteous and efficient. I must have been there at least 30 times and haven't been disappointed once.

Arrived at 17:30 with all the staff was standing to the one side. Needed petrol and had a child desperate to use the toilet. The staff said the site was closed. They refused to unlock the toilet door saying repeatedly the site is closed. They showed no empathy or willingness to be kind to another human.

Petrol attendants are so dodge here - I don't fill my car here.The girls in the shop are my favorite. They always look after Charbon (dog) while I'm busy at the shop. :)The shop is dated and the selectivity of products are limited to some degree, but the shop's staff make up for the dodge petrol attendants.I visit often.

I had to visit Engen Stellenbosch in Bird street today for the first time. If it was not that I require fuel for the journey to Wellington and for the rewards from FNB I would have drive past this service by leaving to the other companies. Really slow service on the forecourt and not the friendliest attendants to assist. Luckily I know that the other Engen service station in Paradyskloof is much more customer friendly and efficient when you stop to refill your vehicle. Sorry, but you won't see me again at Engen Stellenbosch in Bird street. One Star is to much.Thank you for answering the reviewThe apology and the process to follow is not worthwhile. Easier not to stop by again and rather support the other service station in Stellenbosch. The staff need to treat all customers always the same. The entire team or shift must ensure that all experience is good and a positive CSI rating. The bathroom incident with another review proof attention needed. Sorry

Attendants go the extra mile to make sure your car is tip top. Standard Bank atm and small grocery shop. Very convenient.
