I was not happy with my last visit, they will tell you problems after they finish your car instead of showing you the mechanical error as they see them, to me i feel like they just want you to pay for something that is not even broken.Nothing was fixed as they Gave me a pre qoute of R700 to fix the problem now they said i must leave the car for them to fix and i told them i will consult with my warranty before i can do any repairs now they saying they fixed it for free.When did that happen as i took my car after i was told not to driver the car cause its risky. I must repair it immediately but my guts told me to take my car with all the Error they picked up. I have to take the car to diagnostic place to check if the errors where legit. Boom nothing was wrong with my car. But on thier reply they say it was fixed for free, but they told me to fix that its R7000 and i said i wont be able to have that money as the problem is covered by my warranty i will lodge a claim for that and i took the car home without Any repair that was done. How can they claim it was fixed if they wanted R7000 to fix it and i said no rather leave it that way i will claim to my warranty then after that i can be able to fix it. And i want to a different place to check the problem and my car was fine nothing wrong they picked up . So imagine if i have paid to fix something that its not faulty at all that is daylight robbery.

I am not happy with their service at all... IL never go there again or even refer a friend to their workshop.

I took my Audi to these people x3 times to check why the orange light was on. First time they fixed it but when I got home it was back on. I took it back the same happened as above. I took it back the third time but this time it was there the whole day. The lady called me the afternoon and said they are not done with my vehicle I will get it in the morning. The morning they sent me an sister before 7 stating there is a play on my cam shift, my idling is rough and the vehicle should not be used. This was to my Supreme as this vehicle was running perfectly without any problems.I asked one of the mechanics what have they done to my vehicle. He explaineed to me what they changed, but the lady in the office insisted that they did nothing.if you have had the same experience please get in contact with me. These people are evil.

I sent my Amarok there (first time customer) for malfunctioning parkpilot sensors. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My car was fixed and I am happy with the service I received.

The only people to trust in EL if you have a VW or Audi.
