I have been to the outlet more than 4times before you cab intise your taste buds you. Will be reminded that they only take cash.. TODAY I stood my ground to as why I was told the is loadshedding .. I asked how as it is scheduled from 16:00 till 20:00 no answer I had to leave.. Thank Jimmy's rescued my family hunger.. Will never set foot @Kfc Meadow point never.

On the 28/02/23 07:45 I placed an order via Uber Eats and I waited over an hour to receive my order and still at 09:45 I was waiting for my order , the problem wasn’t the driver as he also had to WAIT for long to receive my order so he can deliver itI called the KFC customer care line and they gave me the numbers to the store and when I called the number wasn’t going throughI am very disappointed and not happy with the service and definitely not placing any other order again

We had the privilege of visiting Vilakazi streets precinct today for a school excursion. The overwhelming choice for lunch was undoubtedly KFC. With over 120 learners and 6 educators armed with cash, we entered the store. I gave the cashier the heads up that we were there to temporarily take over the Store.....our learners swarmed over the shops floor and all you could see was a sea of red,blue and white school uniform. So began the arduous task of organising the learners I to an orderly manner and ordering began. All done smoothly, well you had 6 educators there to streamline the process...every single order at check out meticulously and without error. Friendly staff that allowed us to be of hel. All 120 odd orders filled correctly and without error. Thank you to the staff at KFC Meadowpoint for the professional service and the Finger Looking Good chicken. Well done to all the satff feel at-home attitude. Will definitely be back soon. Our next group will definitely be there tomorrow to experience this for themselves. Well done. Amandla

The service is always great even when it's busy. What I didn't understand is how they can be temporarily out of stock on a Luchbox but still sell burgers,meat,chips zingers & cold drink aside ? that really annoyed me hence that's what I came for & I ended settling for something I didn't wanna eat

We ordered food from the KFC app on Tuesday and yesterday we experience food posioning, my the entire house from a 3 year old toddler to my grandmother. I can attest to say it's this food because I didn't have the same dinner as the family yesterday and the last time we had the same meal was Tuesday night, which was the KFC and that was the day our toddler started vomiting so it definitely without a doubt it's your food.

I just had the worst Zinger Burger I have ever had, the chicken was super dry. Also had a problem with their service, their speed points don't work and I also encountered the same problem more than 3 weeks back. I here it's a norm that the speed points don't work.
